Workouts and Movement
SunnyFitness Training (4 Sessions, 1-1.5 Hours Each)
Join me for SunnyFitness workouts in a fantastic “sports temple” and by the seaside. The sessions include:
- MovNat – Natural Movement, bodyweight strength training, maximum strength and joint mobility development.
- Alternative endurance training methods, agility tasks, and body maintenance exercises.
- Become a Movement Generalist!
The training sessions are not primarily performance-focused but rather aimed at health improvement and inspiration for further home workouts. You’ll learn principles and methods through practical application. I take individual fitness levels and possible injuries into account. And for those who want a challenge, I’ll have something for you too!
Beach Yoga Practice (1 Hour)
Enjoy a yoga session on the sandy beach with an enthusiastic and experienced instructor!
Sea SUP Tour (1-1.5 Hours)
Explore the coastline and harbor on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), starting from the city beach. Beginners will receive an introductory SUP lesson beforehand!
Hiking (Approx. 2 Hours)
A scenic hike to one of the island’s famous volcanoes (Calderon Hondo), where we’ll enjoy a breathtaking 360° panoramic view.
Group Dinner
On Saturday evening, we’ll gather for a casual dinner at a restaurant to chat and unwind. If you’d like, you can continue the night exploring the city’s vibrant nightlife!
Lectures (Approx. 2×1 Hour + Q&A)
Nutrition & Lifestyle
- Healthy living, nutrition, biohacking from the perspectives of quantum biology, biophysics, and mitochondria, combined with personal experiences.
- The biological effects of sunlight and artificial light.
Training Methods
- Time-efficient, proven training methods for lifelong fitness, strength, flexibility, body shaping, and performance enhancement.

Island Road Trip (Approx. 8 Hours)
We’ll visit the island’s most beautiful locations:
- Start at the northern sand dunes.
- Swim in the southern beaches (Jandia & La Pared).
- Drive through the island’s hilly, western-like interior, stopping in the charming former capital (Betancuria).
- Visit the caves of Ajuy on the west coast.
- End the day with a stunning sunset in El Cotillo, near our starting point.
Boat Trip to Lobos Island (Approx. 3-4 Hours)
A short boat trip to the volcanic mini-island of Lobos, near Corralejo. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling from the boat or in the island’s crystal-clear lagoon.
