HOW and WHY I started writing books?

I hated reading books as a kid.

Later, I had a period in my life when I was going by train 50 min. every day to the secondary school.

I found a few exciting adventure novels at home and since then, I enjoyed reading.

I read a ton of books and my interest shifted more in the direction of biology, nutrition, sport physiology.

I always had the passion to dig deeper and finding better answers for my questions:

What is the best diet for the human body and sport performance?
How does our metabolism work on the deepest level?
What are the most effective, time proven training methods?

After a while my head was full of useful informations, which can help also others. This is how I started writing blog and books…

Currently, in 2024 I have 11 books in Hungarian, 4 of them are already translated to English. The rest are also in my plan to translate in the next years. Stay tuned!

With the SunnyFitness book series I would like to show you how I think about fitness! After 30+ years of daily exercising, 8+ years of coaching other people and doing a lot of research in the field.

One main aspect is that most modern people suffer from a lack of sunlight and see too much artificial (evening) lights. Advanced scientific thinking suggests this has a negative impact on our mental and physical health.

So let’s bring at least our trainings outdoors as much as possible! This is how the name SunnyFitness was born.

But there is much more in the books than just recommending training outdoors! 😉
